Great for beginners and experienced alike

I placed my order on Thursday night and received it Monday afternoon, Wow! And then I opened it up and started reading. Clear concise instruction, like only a very good teacher can give. And then I pop in the DVD and any questions I had vanished. In the first week with this I have made so much progress. Ted and Debbie have out done themselves on this one. I have been looking for this book for about 10 years. It is perfect for beginners and really hones your skills no matter your experience level. Major kudos to you all. Job well done once again.

this book and DVD combo are a great learning tool. The book and DVD describe in detail the Eight Animal Bagua form.This form offers a simple an effective Baguazhang training system that is say to learn and will enhance your abilities. I highly recommend it.
